Refund and Returns Policy

At O.B Joel Creative Press, we are committed to providing high-quality activity and self-help books for children and adults. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Books must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, or downloadable content) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@objoelcreativepress.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged book), we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged book, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned following our returns policy.
