International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary, but generally, you can expect delivery within 7-21 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You can view your total shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions in place based on your location. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and given the option for a refund.

O.B. Joel Creative Press is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, we recommend taking photos of the packaging and contents immediately.
